I cannot log in to the Weava dashboard

Weava uses Google’s Cloud Service to handle users' login. That's why you have to make sure Google Services are available in your network.

You can obtain the error message and send it to support by the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the Log in page

  2. Click on the Inspect button

  3. Switch to the Console tab

  4. Send us the screenshot of the error messages in the Console tab

Weava is loading forever

If Weava is loading forever, please clear your browser cache and restart your browser. If Weava continues to load forever, even after taking the aforementioned step, then please contact us. Please also see: Weava is loading forever
