How to request for account deletion?

This article will guide you on how to send a request to delete your account.

We delete user accounts by batch but do so weekly. Please therefore note that your request for deletion may not be catered to immediately.

Request to delete account.

Login to your Weava account.
Click the settings icon on the bottom left part of your dashboard then select “Account Details”
Select the “Delete Account”

How to disconnect my Facebook or Google Account from Weava?

To disconnect Weava to your Facebook account:

Login to your Facebook account where your Weava account is connected.
Go to "Settings & Privacy"
Click "App and Websites". If you don't see the App and Websites right away, just click the "See more in Accounts Center" then click the "Password and Security Tab", on the bottom part of the page, you will see the "Apps and Website" option.

To disconnect Weava to your Google account:

On your Gmail, go to "Accounts"
Select the Account wherein Weava is connected
Click the "Data & Privacy"
Scroll down on the bottom part then you will see the option "Third-party apps with account access"

Once you disconnect your Facebook or Google Account to Weava, your previous login credentials will be invalid.
