How do I remove formatting when copy-pasting notes?

Weava allows for flexibility in text styling and formatting when you are copy-pasting text into your notes. However, there may be times when you do not want this and rather want just plain text to appear, for example if your copy-pasted text appears too big for your intended use. Luckily, there’s a quick fix to this:

Instructions

Paste text without formatting by simply:

  1. Copy the text you want to paste into your Weava notes

  2. For Windows users, click Ctrl + Shift + V (instead of Ctrl+V) to paste the text without formatting. For Mac users, click Option + Command + Shift + V (instead of Command + V) to paste text without formatting.

  3. That’s it!
