Weava is loading forever
Problem
Weava is loading forever on my Weava sidebar or Weava dashboard
Solution
If Weava is loading forever, please:
Clear your browser cache.
On the page where Weava is loading, also click on your keyboard “Shift+f5” (for Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (for Mac).
Navigate to the Weava dashboard: https://www.weavatools.com/app/dashboard and try to log out and in again.
Restart your browser.
Open the Weava sidebar again and see if the problem has now been resolved.
If Weava continues to load forever, even after taking the aforementioned steps, then please submit a support ticket and explain to us the issue that you are facing in detail. Please include relevant screenshots illustrating the issue and the other Chrome extensions that you have installed.
In order to provide us with as much relevant information as possible:
Please open your Weava Chrome extension settings (insert this URL in your browser chrome://extensions/?id=cbnaodkpfinfiipjblikofhlhlcickei).
Enable “Developer Mode” in the top-right corner.
In the settings you should now see an “Inspect views” setting. Please click “background page”.
In the subsequent console page, please copy all error messages in red and send those to us.
If you are using Weava from China, you may experience loading issues because our Google-related front and back-end services are being blocked in China. A possible workaround, for the time being, is to use a VPN client to circumvent the firewall. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
