System Requirements for Weava

This article depicts the recommended and minimum system requirements for using Weava more efficiently. 

Checking your Weava version (web application and extension)

To make sure that Weava will work as expected, you should always check if your web application and extension is updated. 

1. To check what version your extension is, go to “chrome://extensions/”
   
   1.1 Click the extension icon on the upper right side of your browser then select “Manage extension”.

2. To check what version you have, on your dashboard, simply click the “Account Settings”

        To check your device specifications

For Windows user:

1. Click on the Windows Start button on your computer

2. Click on “Settings” (the gear icon)

3. In the Settings menu, click on “System”

4. Scroll down and click on “About”

For Mac users

1. Click “Apple” icon on your desktop

2. Select “System Settings”

3. Click “General” in the sidebar (You may need to scroll down.) 

4. Click “About” 

5. Click “System Report”
