Weava is loading forever on my Weava sidebar or Weava dashboard |
Solution
If Weava is loading forever, please:
Clear your browser cache
Restart your browser.
Navigate back to Weava

If Weava continues to load forever, even after taking the aforementioned stepsteps, then please contact ussubmit a support ticket and explain to us the issue that you are facing in detail. Please include relevant screenshots illustrating the issue and the other Chrome extensions that you have installed. In order to provide us with as much relevant information as possible, please right-click the website page where you are experiencing the loading issue. Then, click the “Inspect” button, and the “Console” tab. Copy the error messages you may see in red there, and send that to us. Sending us this information will definitely speed up the process of sorting out the issue you are facing. |
