Normally Google Chrome will update the Weava extension automatically and on restart.
You can also manually trigger the update via the following steps:

Enter the following link in your Chrome Browser: chrome://extensions/?id=cbnaodkpfinfiipjblikofhlhlcickei
Click on the Update button button.
NOTE: Make sure that the Developer Mode is on to update the extension.
