To cater to the current issues, our developers have updated the troubleshooting stepsguide will walk you through how to troubleshoot any issues while using Weava. These steps can be performed once you initially encountered an issue.

Before doing these steps, please make sure that you have updated your Weava chrome Chrome extension (link)

  1. Clear site data on your Weava web browser
    1.1 Go to  https://www.weavatools.com/app/login   then right-click your screen. Select the (1) Inspect option.

    1.2 Select the (1) Applications tab then click the (2) Clear Site

  1. Clear site data on the Chrome Extension
    2.1 Go to the “Manage extension

2.2 Open “Developers Mode” on the upper right side of the page

2.4 Click “Application” then “Clear Site Data”. After clearing the site data on the extension itself, you can turn off the developer mode again
