You can choose to either download the pdf a PDF with highlights or without them. To download them a PDF with the highlights included you should may follow the instructions below.
Instructions
Click on the PDF that you would like to download and you will see the download button on the PDF page.
Choose “Download PDF with highlights”. If it is you are being directed to the a printing page, please choose “save as PDF '' PDF” in the “Destination” column.
