This article is created to guide you on how to enable and disable Weava notifications and pop-ups on your browser/device.

To receive notifications and message make sure that Notifications and pop-ups is allowed on your Google Chrome browser and Desktop/Laptop

Enabling the Notifications

Once logged into the Weava dashboard, there will be a prompt message box that will let you decide if you will allow or block notifications, you can also change the settings by clicking the Site Settings Icon (Lock Icon).

Changing Notification Settings

To change the settings, navigate to your Account Details on the dashboard and toggle the Real-time Notification on/off.

If you turn on the Real-time Notification and the Weava is still blocked on your site settings, a pop-up message will show that Browser notifications for Weava currently not allowed.


Changing Browser Settings

To change the setup, simply click Open Settings and allow Weava to send notifications.

The in-app notifications can be accessed on the Weava dashboard.

Allowing pop-ups

For your notification to show, you will need to allow “Pop-ups and redirects” on your site settings


Weava Pop-up Notifications

The Weava browser notifications on your browser have details about what the notification is (such as folder invitation notifications with info about who has invited you and to what folder, and brief headlines of any new product updates, and if Weava is restricted on a specific websites).
